I have a Microsoft office 365 account from my university which is good until 2 years after I graduate. After downloading and activating it, it gives me a message on top saying 'This account does not allow editing on a Mac' I have tried reactivaing it and reinstalling the software but still gives the same error message. Also I am a senior so I am sure I still have access to the license. Any help is appreciated. Also the product is Office 365 for education. ***Post moved by the moderator to the appropriate forum category.***.
