A few users have let us know that ManyCam Mac is not compatible with the latest update from Apple – Mac OS 10.10.3. The system crashes and only removing the ManyCam Mac application in safe mode will restore the system.
Our team is investigating this case and are working on a way to fix it. In the mean time we suggest that our Mac users either don’t install the latest Mac OS 10.10.3 or uninstall ManyCam before doing so. Thank you to the users who have reported this to us. We will notify everyone as soon as we have a fix!

Office for mac error your account doesn't allow editing site:answers.microsoft.com. UPDATE: Please note that Mac OS 10.10.3 is a beta version. Ron Prasuhn I have ManyCam 3.0.11.2 (for Mac) and have Mac Yosemite 10.10.2 running at present. The only problem I’ve noticed is there is no selection of being able to use ManyCam in any of my video capable programs/apps. The only option shown is for the built-in camera on my MacBook Air laptop. Otherwise, the program (ManyCam) seems to be working as, I believe, it should.

At one time, before the latest update for Macs, I want to say I did have the option to select either ManyCam or the built-in camera (which ManyCam would be using), so, I’m unable to use any of the ‘changeable’ functions offered by ManyCam when using a camerawhich is the built-in camerawhen doing any video chatting, etc. Would this be one of the problems that has been reported by others? Barry Conway I don’t know about the beta of Mac OS 10.10.3 but I can say that the OS 10.10.2 with the latest version of this software is still very buggy. It doesn’t work with virtually all the websites I’ve visited that use flash based interfaces, doesn’t work with a number of apps including photo booth and the one app it does work with is Skype (although it does transpose the image). I purchased it initially after hearing good things about it (albeit from Windows users) and found it wouldn’t work from the moment I tried working with more than one cam. I never even got a chance to connect with a site because I was so disenchanted with the product. I just downloaded it again and found that all the issues that I initially noticed that were buggy had been addressed but now find it has many other bugs which make this program pretty useless unless Skype is the main cam program.
