Audio MIDI Setup recognized the first interface I plugged in and using the Test Setup button I could trigger the Mopho or the Kurzweil as long as only one of these interfaces was plugged in. When the second one is plugged in, it lights up and flashes a bit but Audio MIDI Setup never sees it. Rescan MIDI doesn't make it come up either. I do have an Akai Pro MAX49 connected an fit sees that as a MIDI device no problem via its own USB connection.
I'm just trying to get these other two devices to be triggerable so I can use the MAX49 to play either the Mopho or the Kurzweil. Okay, thanks for the prompt reply. Sounds like two or more of these won't work in one machine.

I can still use one simultaneously with the MAX49 though from what I can tell. I have a rack full of one synths and my old 8x8 MIDI interface doesn't have drivers for Mavericks or Yosemite so I'm looking for other ways to hook up 7 MIDI devices to my laptop with minimal frustration.
